  • Six 60-minute online sessions covering each topic over Zoom.

  • Two 'Office Hours' between weeks 2 and 5 to cover any questions or topics that come up outside of the weekly sessions.

  • Unlimited email conversations to ensure you are fully supported throughout the week.

  • An opening grounding exercise to immediately give you a physical, mental, or emotional tool to use in your journey.

  • How long does this program take to complete?
    This is intended as a 6 week program to complete. However, the six sessions can be accelerated or slowed to suite the needs of the client.
  • What is the format of Elemental Resilience?
    Each week we will review a key element of resilience. The session will be conducted online via Zoom and will be recorded for viewing at your convenience. If you choose a group program, you will be able to benefit from the questions and perspectives of others!
  • Is this a group coaching program or one-on-one coaching program?
    Currently, this is offered as both options. Group coaching is good for those who want to connect with others on a similar journey and share experiences in a supportive environment. You'll benefit from diverse perspectives & group accountability. One-on-one coaching allows you to receive personalized attention tailored to your unique needs and goals, dive deeper into your specific challenges with individual support, and enjoy the flexibility of sessions that are designed just for you.
  • How much time do I need to complete the workbook exercises? What will that look like?
    Each session typically includes one to three workbook activities that you can complete at your own pace. Two examples of assignments include a values exploration exercise and keeping a thought journal.
  • I’ve tried apps and short courses before to build my resilience, and I didn’t have very much success. How do I know that this program will be different?
    The strategies, resources, and qualities that help us cope, adapt, and thrive are quite personal. For example, we all experience different emotions in response to stress or trauma and employ unique coping strategies for dealing with obstacles. Unlike many apps and courses, Elemental Resilience goes beyond generic techniques to approach resilience from an evidence-based perspective. Each week, you’ll explore and apply the science and skills in the context of your own life so that what you learn is not just theoretical but genuinely applicable to your personal circumstances and challenges.
  • Are the resources in Elemental Resilience based on scientific evidence?
    Yes. Countless peer-reviewed research studies have validated the benefits of resilience, and we have made sure that everything in this program is underpinned by rigorous science and references.
  • What's the price of the Elemental Resilience program?
    The price will depend on whether you prefer one-on-one coaching support or group coaching support. I offer need-based scholarships to those who are serious about improving their resilience. Fill out the interest form to learn more.
