One-on-One Coaching

This is all about you.  Dedicated time to address your needs.  A safe, no-judgment zone to express yourself where we carve a path to define your vision and achieve your goals.

This is for you if...

you have an area of life that is highly-personal to you, a unique health complication, or need flexible timing.

Personal

Sometimes we have a problem, a habit, or a challenge that we prefer to keep private and confidential.  This is when a trustworthy coaching relationship can provide you with a safe space.  A focused and personal support system can enable you to make meaningful positive changes.

Unique

If you have a unique medically-prescribed treatment plan or various health co-factors that need to be addressed, we can take the necessary time to dive deep into your family history, lifestyle factors, & habits to co-create a specialized  action plan for success.

Flexible

Abnormal working hours?  Need to meet on weekends?  Need a 6 am chat before the kids wake up? Prefer to communicate by video, phone, email, and text?  One-on-One coaching provides greater flexibility for you to choose a schedule that works best for your busy life.

How It Works

Your 60-minute Foundation Session will include a deep dive into your life story, your strengths, and a thorough review of your intake forms that will help lay a strong foundation for trust, vision creation, and identifying your goals for coaching.

Next, we align on what a successful action plan looks like.  Follow-up sessions are typically 30 minutes but can be through your choice of communication - in-person*, video conference, phone call, text, and email.   We can have single sessions, but the most successful programs are 3, 6, or 10-session packages to build consistent accountability.  We will use a variety of relevant tools to clarify your vision, reveal powerful insights, and measure progress toward your goal(s).

*In-Person available based on geography
