This is all about you. Dedicated time to address your needs. A safe, no-judgment zone to express yourself where we carve a path to define your vision and achieve your goals.
We work together based on your preferences - in-person*, video conference, phone call, text, and email. I offer single sessions & 3, 6, or 10-session packages. We will use various tools to clarify your vision and measure your progress.

Group coaching can build trust, accountability, and a diversity of ideas. When we embark on a journey together, we are more likely to reach our intended goals with social support and co-learning.

Areas of focus can include healthy eating habits, relaxation techniques, elimination diet, sleep routines, tai chi, and stress reduction.
​
Group sessions are intentionally small (2-8 people) and last 2-4 months to allow for lasting behavior change.
